Site Engineering Supervision
& Quality Assurance (QA/QC)

Ensure that what is cast on site matches the approved structural drawings down to the millimeter. Dedicated site engineers inspect rebar tying, concrete mixing, slump tests, and curing.

Uncompromising On-Site Quality Control

Even the most mathematically flawless structural blueprints fail if contractors use incorrect water-cement ratios, improper rebar lap positions, inadequate clear cover spacing, or honeycombed concrete casting. Innoventra provides certified resident civil engineers who remain on your construction site during every critical phase.

We sign formal Pre-Pour Checklists before any concrete pump starts. If steel bends, lap lengths, or formwork props deviate from BNBC structural drawings, our engineers halt the pour until the contractor rectifies the defect.

Technical Site Supervision and Engineering Drawings

Supervision Protocols & Field Checkpoints

1. Pre-Casting Rebar Verification

Inspecting rod diameter, spacing, hook bends, stirrups, lap lengths, and concrete cover blocks.

2. Fresh Concrete Slump & Mix Ratio

On-site cone slump testing (75-100mm) and water-to-cement ratio verification for ready-mix or on-site mixers.

3. Cylinder Casting & Lab Compressive Tests

Sampling 6 cylinders per casting batch, testing compressive strength at 7 days (70%) and 28 days (100% f'c).

4. Formwork Shuttering & Safety Props

Checking formwork plumb line, water tightness, diagonal bracings, and mandatory de-shuttering timelines.

5. 21-Day Curing Supervision

Enforcing pond curing on slabs and burlap wrapping on columns to achieve full structural hydration.

6. Weekly Photographic Logbooks

High-resolution photo reports with date stamps sent to property owners living in Bangladesh or abroad (NRB).

Our Field Supervision Protocols

01

Drawing Indoctrination with Site Foreman

Our engineer walks the site foreman through structural blueprints and critical column joint detailing.

02

Stage-Wise Rebar & Formwork Audit

Rigorous inspection before shuttering is closed, rectifying any misplaced bars or missing cover spacers.

03

Active Casting Supervision & Vibration Monitoring

Directly standing beside the casting crew to ensure uniform mechanical needle vibration with no segregation.

04

Post-Pour Inspection & Test Certification

Inspecting finished surfaces upon form removal and forwarding verified lab strength certificates.
