Every structural blueprint generated by Innoventra undergoes finite-element computer simulations using ETABS and SAFE software. We calculate spectral response accelerations for Bangladesh seismic zones (Zone 1 through Zone 4) and simulate basic wind speeds up to 260 km/h in accordance with the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC 2020) and ACI 318 standards.

We perform on-site Standard Penetration Tests (SPT) up to depths of 100+ feet, followed by laboratory triaxial shear compression, direct shear, and consolidation testing on undisturbed soil cores inside our Uttara laboratory. This provides exact Soil Bearing Capacity (SBC) measurements to decide between shallow mat footings, cast-in-situ bored piles, or precast concrete piles.

During every major concrete pour (foundations, columns, slabs), our site engineers collect cylindrical test specimens. These cylinders undergo moist curing and crushing strength tests at 7, 14, and 28 days inside our laboratory using calibrated Universal Testing Machines (UTM) to certify minimum required compressive strengths (e.g., 3,000 PSI to 4,500 PSI).

As RAJUK-enlisted structural engineers and IAB/IEB registered professionals, we handle the end-to-end permit documentation: FAR (Floor Area Ratio) calculations, setback clearance verifications, fire safety plans, and structural stability certificates required by town planning authorities.

For aging buildings or vertical extension projects, we perform non-destructive testing (NDT), including Rebound Hammer hardness testing, Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV), and rebar scanning.
